Co Authored the success story. Instrumental in providing a new identity as ECR BUILDERS (A Partnership Firm) in the year 2006 and ECR Buildtech Pvt. Ltd in the year 2012. A visionary with a dedicated approach to identifying new opportunities and translating in to real business. As a young & professionally qualified Civil Engineer, always thriving for perfection and sustainable growth by adopting, implementing continuously improvised business model in line with modern day management techniques and technologies
Mr. SUBDEEN KHAN ( FINANCE HEAD)
He is a Director of the Company with a rich experience since 1996. In charge of one of the key functions- financial aspects including resources mobilization, fund allocation etc.
Mr. ALAM KHAN (PROCUREMENT & PURCHASE HEAD)
He is Director of the company with a long experience since 2003. Effectively playing a vital role as the in charge of procurement functions such as purchase of materials, plant & machinery including maintenance need. Also, he is responsible to arrange human resources to fulfill man power requirements for the project sites.
Mr. ALIJAN AHMED (DIRECTOR – Projects Co-ordination)
He is qualified Civil Engineers with multi faceted experience in the construction industry. Activities of all sites: like Progress, Quality , Safety & manpower are being directed by him. As project director, he is giving his the best contribution towards making ECRBPL leading in field of construction industry by introducing and implementing the latest modern technology & knowledge.
Mr. Rashid (Associate Director )
He is Associated Director with qualification of MBA in HR & IB. He is incharge of various renowned company projects & looking after all the activities like Monitoring, Coordination, Execution, Cost optimization fields of project management, Financial flow etc at various projects.
Mr. Waseem Akram (Director projects)
He has all-round experience of 15 years in the field of site management and execution of projects. He has diploma in Architecture and B. Tech. in Civil Engineering. He has given effort full contribution to our major project like supreme group, pearl group, dynamic shells, Toy zone, Eskay Non Woven, Hotel, Orange and SPA, Wanfeng Aluminum Wheel India Pvt. Ltd. He is an expert in execution and timely completion of projects.
Mr. Sudesh Sharna (Vice President-Coordination)
He is a Civil engineer with M. Tech from BITS Pilani. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from NICMAR.
He is a accomplished civil engineer with 32 years of experience under his belt. Having worked all over India on various type of project like industrial, residential, township, commercial, institutional, etc both in public& private sectors. He is well versed in his work in many spheres. He is a competent figure of authority and is essential for smooth and accurate results with attention to detail.
Mohd. Tabib (Vice President Execution)
He has rich experience of construction industries mainly in Mega Projects like – Bridge, Roads, & Multistory Building etc. He is B. Tech. MCE, concrete in civil with 30 years of experience. All the technical team are working under his guidance. He is looking after the coordination for smooth running of the project.
Mr. Gopal Datt Sharma - Sr. Vice President (Projects)
He has around 25 years of experience in all kind of constructions i.e. industrial, logistics park, residential, commercial, metro stations, transmission line towers etc. including precast constructions. He has successfully delivered projects in India and at international locations as well. He has worked with companies like L&T, EIPL, DLF Laing 'O' Rourke, C&C, IL&FS.
Mr. Mahesh Sharma (GM- MD Office)
He is B.E. (Civil) having experience of more than 40 years in India and Abroad with Govt. and Private organization in the field of structural design and construction management of townships, multistory buildings, roads, runways, hospitals, hotels, airports, schools' bridges etc. he has expertise in precast cladding and finishes. He working as technical assistant to the Managing Director looking after coordination of all projects.
Mr. Virendra Kumar Sharma (Manager- Business & Development
He is Civil Engineer with more than 15 years of all-round experience in the field of project management, tendering, planning and execution of projects. He has experienced in industrial, institutional, commercial and warehousing sectors. He has worked on renowned company’s project i.e. Aditya Birla Group, DS Group (5 star Hotel), NBCC Ltd., IIL&FS, Johnson Matthey.
Mr. N.N. Pandey (Tendering Manager)
He is holding Diploma in Civil engineering with an experience of more than 20 years. As the In Charge of the Tendering cell, he is responsible for the cost analyses and piecing including drafting of Bids. He has developed a good expertise in the cost estimation over a period of time helping the company to be competitive.
Mr. Deepak Ranjan Das (AGM-EHS)
He is a qualified Engineer & specialized in fire & Safety with diploma having an experience of more than 16 years in the field handling the industrial & construction projects. He is responsible for all compliances towards ESH & coordination with project safety teams deployed at our ongoing projects.
