Mr. IMRAN KHAN (MD)
A co-founder of ECR Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Khan is a qualified Civil Engineer with extensive industry experience. He plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s business operations by driving strategic planning, operational efficiency, and the adoption of modern construction technologies to support market leadership and long-term expansion.
His tremendous leadership quality made the company grow in such a way that ECR BUILDTECH executing major construction contract for Indian as well as multinational clients in India.
Mr. GOURAV WADHWA (Vice President- Projects)
He is B-Tech in Civil Engg. With more then 25 years of experience in the field of Project Management & Construction management starting right from Conceptual stage to completion of the project. He has bought National and International experience & has worked an Industrial, Pharmaceuticals, Logistic parks, Automobile, Residential, Institutional and Embassy projects in India and Abroad. He has been awarded by Sh. Parnab Mukherejee for construction of Indian Embassy Project In Muscat (Oman). He has worked on renowned company projects like Nestle, Ranbaxy, Videocon, Future Supply chain, Rudra Real Estate & JBM group.
Mr. ALIJAN AHMED (Director–Projects Co-ordination)
He is qualified Civil Engineer with multi-faceted experience in the construction industry. Activities of all sites: like Planning, Progress, Quality, Safety & Resources are being managed by him. As project director, he is giving his best contribution towards making ECRBPL leading in the field of construction industry by introducing and implementing the latest modern technology & knowledge.
Mr. SUDESH SHARMA (Vice President-Coordination)
He is a accomplished civil engineer with 34 years of experience under his belt. He has worked PAN India on various type of project like industrial, residential, township, commercial, institutional etc. Both in public & private sectors. He is well versed in his work in many spheres. He is a competent Figure of authority which is essential for smooth and accurate results.
Mr. WASEEM AKRAM (Associate Director )
He is a graduate civil engineer, having rich experience of more than 18 years in the field of civil engineering. He is associated with the company as director and looks after technical matters, legal and contractual decision in the company. He manages execution of projects, commanding highly skilled engineers and support staff. He is credited with effective management and execution of major prestigious projects like Wanfeng Aluminium Alloy, ASAHI, GSML, ESR-GMR etc.
Mr. MADHU KUMAR PILLAI ( Vice President-Projects/BDM)
He is a seasoned Civil Engineer with more than 36 years of rich and diversified experience in construction domain, with expertise across underground metro projects, thermal power stations, refineries, petrochemicals, real estate and industrial units. He has worked with prestigious companies such as L&T, Paharpur Cooling Towers Ltd, Sumi Motherson Group, Pratibha Industries and Pearls Group (PACL).
Mr. ASIF MUJTABA (AGM-EHS)
A highly qualified Mechanical Engineer with expertise in fire and safety from RLI (Regional Labour Institute) Kanpur, Mr. Mujtaba brings over 12 years of experience in industrial construction and industries. He adheres to NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001-COSH standards and other OHSAS norms, ensuring environmental safety, rules compliance, and best practices in EHS management.
Mr. RASHID KHAN (Director)
As an Associate Director with an MBA in HR & IB, Mr. Khan manages a wide array of renowned company projects. His expertise encompasses resource management, monitoring, coordination, project management, cash flow, and planning across various activities, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
Mr. SUBDEEN KHAN (Finance Head)
Serving as a Director since 1996, Mr. Khan is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization. He oversees cash flow management for all projects, including resource mobilization, fund allocation, and proactive financial planning to support the company’s growth and stability.
Mr. ALAM KHAN (Procurment & Purchase Head)
As a Director with extensive experience since 2003, Mr. Khan plays a vital role in procurement functions. He ensures the acquisition of materials, plant, and machinery while mitigating risks and identifying needs. His responsible approach arranges complete resources well in advance, contributing to seamless project requirements.
